By using pentagon-online.com you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy pages.

Products and information

• We try to show correct photos, names, sizes and prices. Items are handmade or hand-finished, so there can be small differences in colour, shine, finish, size or weight.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices and availability can change without notice.

Orders

• Placing an order on the website is a request to buy. An order is confirmed only after our team confirms availability and amount with you by call / WhatsApp and payment is received.
• We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price is shown wrongly, or we cannot deliver to your location. In that case any amount you have paid for it will be refunded.
• Please give correct name, phone number and full address. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by wrong details.

Payment

Payment is accepted by UPI / QR or bank transfer, as told to you by our team. Online payment on the website is not available yet.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

These are explained on our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages and form part of these terms.

Use of the website

• The photos, text and design of this website belong to Pentagon. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Do not misuse the website, try to disturb it, or place false orders.

Limitation

We do our best to keep the website available and correct, but we do not promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
