This policy explains what information Pentagon (“we”) collects through pentagon-online.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you place an order we collect what you type in the order form: your name, phone number, delivery address, city, pincode, any order notes, and the items in your order. If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we also see the phone number and messages you send.
Your browser stores your cart (and your Names / Pics view choice) on your own device so it is still there when you return. You can clear this from your browser settings.
How we use it
- To contact you about your order, confirm availability and amount, and arrange payment.
- To pack and deliver your order.
- To answer your questions and keep a record of your orders.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising by other companies.
Who can see it
- Pentagon team members who handle orders.
- Courier or transport companies — only the name, phone number and address needed to deliver your parcel.
- Our website is hosted on Google’s Firebase service, which stores the order information on our behalf.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Payments
This website does not take card or bank details. Payments are made separately by UPI or bank transfer after our team contacts you. Please never share your card PIN, OTP or UPI PIN with anyone, including us.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, support, accounts and legal requirements.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your information (where we are not required to keep it) by contacting us on WhatsApp or phone.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
