How an order works
- Choose your items and tap Place Order. Online payment is not available on the website yet, so nothing is charged at this step.
- Our team calls or WhatsApps you on the number you gave, confirms that the items are available, and tells you the final amount including shipping.
- You pay by UPI / QR or bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS). We share the details on WhatsApp.
- After payment is received, we pack and dispatch your order and send you the tracking / transport details.
Where we deliver
We ship across India by courier or transport. If you are in Kolkata you are also welcome to pick up from our shop (Mon–Sat, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
Shipping charges
Shipping is charged at actual cost. It depends on the weight and size of the parcel and your delivery pincode. We tell you the exact shipping amount when we confirm your order, before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery time
Dispatch time depends on the items in your order and on packing; we tell you the expected timeline when we confirm the order. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the courier or transport service and your location. Remote areas can take longer.
Packing
German silver and metal handicrafts are packed carefully to travel safely. Larger or fragile pieces are packed with extra protection.
When your parcel arrives
- Please record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel, showing the parcel from outside before it is opened.
- If anything is damaged or wrong, follow our Returns & Refunds steps within 48 hours.
Delivery dates given by the courier are estimates. Delays caused by courier services, weather, strikes or festivals are outside our control, but we will help you track the parcel.
