How do I order?
Add items to your cart and tap Place Order. Enter your name, phone number and delivery address. Our team will then call or WhatsApp you to confirm the items, the amount and the payment details.
Can I pay online on the website?
Not yet. After you place the order we share a UPI / QR code or bank details on WhatsApp. You pay by UPI or bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS).
Do you deliver all over India?
Yes, we ship across India by courier or transport. In Kolkata you can also pick up from our shop.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is charged at actual cost, based on the parcel weight, size and your pincode. We tell you the exact amount when we confirm your order, before you pay.
How long will delivery take?
We tell you the dispatch timeline when we confirm your order. After dispatch, delivery depends on the courier and your location.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. After we check, we replace or refund. See Returns & Refunds.
Can I return an item I did not like?
No. We accept returns only for damaged or wrong items. Please check the photos, size and description carefully, or ask us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Is the colour exactly the same as the photo?
Very close, but handmade and hand-finished items can differ slightly in colour, shine and finish, and screens show colours differently.
What is the item code (SKU)?
Every item has a code like Z11390 shown on its page. Quote it when you message us so we can find the exact piece.
How do I care for German silver?
Do not soak in water. Wipe with a soft dry or slightly moist cloth and dry immediately. Avoid chemicals, and keep in a dry place.
Can I see items in your shop?
Yes. Visit Pentagon at 17 Shibtala Street (Daccapatty), Burrabazar, Kolkata-700 007, Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
